Fists of Fury – Gary Chaw and Justin Lo

Long time I didnt read any news (not free these days) but goodness gracious when I read the local news today!

No, this is not about a new movie coming out from Gary and Justin >< … this is about the A1 headline (of all the HK media) of Gary Chaw and Justin Lo caught fighting with each other on the HK street.

I dont think this is the first time that Gary is involved in some sort of fight after having too many of alcoholic drinks. If I remembered correctly, there was a similar news very long time ago in Taiwan. I hope he learnt from this incident to abstain from alcohol. He really did stupid things when drunk.  Sigh!

Gary Chaw KL Concert 28 June 2008

The concert was enjoyable and fun. I was in the rock zone so there were bound to be some things that I can’t see LOL… When we (the rock zone audience) were allowed into the zone, I didn’t actually find any outstanding stage design …eh…maybe after that Bi concert, my stage design expectations got a little bit higher, but the stage redeemed itself when it came to actual concert time (kinda of).

Gary Chaw Vol 3, Super Sunshine, cover and tracklist

I’m so outdated with Chinese music as I haven’t been keeping track with any artists that I like at ALL. I only realised he has a new song when I heard it on radio about 3 weeks ago!!

I’m not sure if he will release a special version for this album like what he did for Superman. That’s because I found 2 cover of the same album. The other cover is less colorful O_O. So far, I have manage to catch 2 songs of his – Super Sunshine and The Waking Song. Both are catchy tunes – IMO, songs that talks about the brighter side of love.

Anyway, all the songs are composed by him.

His second version album for Superman will be release on 26th Feb with some goodies like extra VCD and a limited edition of a handphone accessory. I heard there’s a poster too but not too sure. I will definitely buy this version. I already have the limited edition big version.

The songs for this album is much more diverse than his Superwoman album, which IMO is a good thing. It is still a good album that it is a worth a buy. If you asked me which album do I prefer… eh…I tell you later when I finished listening to it – which may be a few months later LOL. I’m currently stuck with too many good albums to listen to.

I obtained his HitoRadio interview before the Chinese New Year but due to my procrastination, I haven’t work on the English translation yet. Hopefully I can post up the translation next week .

Jacky Cheung filming MV…

Jacky Cheung looks great in this picture. I have heard about 30 secs of his new song,”好久不見” – mandarin but it is a nice song. Finally, after such a hiatus, he’s back. My favorite HK singer is back! yippee!!!

He will have a World Tour this year – I’m still undecided if I want to go to his HK concert this August or wait for him to come to KL (around late this year, I think). Going to HK is better in terms of performance because I have watched his HK concert and KL concert. He sang more songs in the HK concert but the main issue here is ehm…money problem. With my current situation, I am not sure if I can afford it or not. >< aish…bad bad.

Gary Chaw and Genie Zhuo KTV-ing together

I can’t believe he likes Genie that much XD. That bits about him stepping on poo is really funny. Oh well, wish him good luck in his “quest”. If he’s happy, I’m happy.

He will be back (KL lar) in March to promote his “Superman” album. I’m waiting .
